Frequently asked questions

Select your meals. Pay by credit card or debit card. Select delivery or a pickup location in Hoboken/Jersey City (listed under “where do I pick up my meals and at checkout).

There is a 5 meal minimum for delivery. There is no meal minimum for pickup. We do offer subscriptions if you’d like to save money, set it and forget it. Pause or cancel anytime!

All orders need to be placed before Thursday at 10PM and will be available the following Monday delivery or pickup at our select locations.
Right now, our only day we deliver meals are on Mondays.

We have pickup locations where the food is stored in refrigerators in Hoboken and Jersey City. All pickups are Monday evenings. If you can’t make the pickup time, please email nick@readystrongmeals.com. Here is a list of our locations:

-Hudson River Athletics (300 Observer Hwy) 4:15pm-7:15pm

-J Train Hoboken (1321 Washington St) 5pm -8pm

-Brazen Athletics (1317 Willow Ave) 5pm-8pm

-Xcel Athletic Lifestyle (125 Marshall St 7th floor) 4pm-9pm

Jersey City

-Crossfit Jersey City (109 Christopher Columbus Drive) 4:30pm-7:30pm

-Jersey city Barbell (517 Communipaw Ave) 5pm-8:30pm

-Ironbound Performance Athletics (334 2nd St) 5pm-8pm

*Hours are for Monday evenings but it you are looking to pick up your food Tuesday, please look up the gyms schedule. If you have any questions, please reach out to nick@readystrongmeals.com

If none of these pickup locations work, please email or message us and we can plan accordingly. We also deliver! We would love to work with you and figure out a solution to get you your meals! We are also looking to add more pickup locations in the near future. If you know of any pickup locations that you’d like to pick up your food from, please email nick@readystrongmeals.com.

Yes we do! Our delivery window is Mondays from 12:00pm-5:00pm. Please make sure you are home during delivery window. Food will be returned to kitchen if not.

Most meals are fresh up to six to seven days in the refrigerator and up to one month in the freezer. Seafood and Shellfish are fresh up to four to five days in the refrigerator. Please transfer food in an airtight container in you decide to freeze the food. We recommend eating seafood/shellfish within the first two-three days.

Yes, you can find all the macro information on the meals page on our website. Keep in mind this is an estimated macro count.

Put the meal in the microwave for 2 minutes with top on. We put food in microwave safe containers. You can also cook in oven at 350 degrees but remove food from plastic container and put food on a sheet pan.
